Need to contact us for a refund or return?

14-Day Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (with no damage) and in its original packaging. You must complete an ORDER CONCERNS FORM HERE. You will be liable for the cost of shipping the products back to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first filing an ORDER CONCERNS FORM will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please immediately complete an ORDER CONCERNS FORM.

No Returns Beyond 14 Days

As our product is for human consumption, once products have entered the market, we are unable to put the products back into sale for health and safety reasons.

Exchanges

We only offer the ability to exchange products that are within the 14-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
