• We will notify you with an estimated delivery date, which will typically fall within 2-3 working days following the Dispatch Confirmation (the date when we send you an e-mail confirming our acceptance of your order). Please note that sometimes, our delivery schedule may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control.
• If no one is present at your address to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a note indicating that the product(s) have been returned to their facility. In this case, please reach out to the courier to reschedule delivery.
• Delivery of your order is considered complete once the product(s) arrive at the address provided, at which point they become your responsibility.
• You will gain ownership of the product(s) once we have received full payment, including all applicable delivery fees.
• If we do not meet the 4-5 working day delivery timeframe (from the date of order) for any product(s) which are in stock, you have the right to cancel your order immediately if any of the following conditions apply:
        a. we have declined to deliver the product(s);
        b. meeting the delivery timeframe was a critical requirement (considering the relevant circumstances);
• If you choose not to cancel your order right away, you may set a new delivery deadline, which must be reasonable. If we do not meet the revised deadline, you can then cancel your order.

Ireland Only Delivery

We do not deliver to addresses outside of the Republic of Ireland at this present time.
